DESCRIPTION:Click here to view the clinic flyer.\n\nIndividuals whose licenses are suspended due to fines and fees they are unable to pay can register here to meet with a volunteer on September 25\, 2024\, at the Wake County Legal Support Center for assistance with drafting a motion to request relief from fines and fees (Form 415).\n\nLegal advice will not be provided\, and there is no expectation of privacy in the clinic setting. In order to participate\, you must register in advance so clinic staff can request your driving record from the DMV\, and volunteers will have it available to guide you in completing Form 415. If you do not register in advance\, you cannot be served at the clinic. \n\nClinic spots are limited and first come\, first served. Your meeting with a volunteer should take about 30 minutes. Provided we have your driving record in advance and you have suspensions that qualify for Form 415\, you can expect to leave the clinic with a completed and notarized motion\, which you can then file with the Clerk's office on your own.\n\nClick here to register for the clinic.
